Urban Profile T-shirts does not share, sell, or otherwise distribute any personal information about its visitors or customers to any third party entities for commercial purposes. And, we never will.

We do save any information you enter on our Web site or send to us through e-mail. But, we use the information that you provide for such purposes as improving our web site, and responding to your requests. Nothing is shared with other companies, or other customers for that matter. We keep private information private.

Cookies are text files that are transferred to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser. Our shopping cart system does use them. They are absolutely harmless. It allows our shopping cart to recognize your browser. For example, cookies allow items to be stored in your shopping cart while you shop. The Help portion of the toolbar on most browsers will tell you how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, or how to disable cookies altogether. Without them, you will have trouble shopping for a T-shirt on our web site. We recommend that you leave them turned on.
Protection of Urban Profile T-shirts and Others
We release account and other personal information when we believe it is appropriate to comply with the law, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of Urban Profile T-shirts, our users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction. However, this does not include selling, renting, sharing, or otherwise disclosing personally identifiable information from customers for commercial purposes.

We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, which encrypts information you input. We do not reveal any of your credit/debit card numbers when confirming an order.
